Engineering notes
Steam valves for Indian boiler service need IBR certification, and Jayant's manufacturing is approved by the Indian Boiler Board. Chrome-moly grades — A217 WC6 / WC9 cast and A182 F11 / F22 forged — are available for superheated steam.
Every Jayant check valve is inspected and tested to API 598, and cast and forged valves to BS EN 12266 Parts 1 & 2.
